Entrance into the tournament is limited to one per person per Casino account. If Player’s open multiple accounts they will not be eligible for an entry per account. Should this not be possible, then the remaining balance (if any) within that account shall be remitted to the Lottery and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta.

As directed by Regulation 39, 5 Euros will be deducted from Inactive accounts on a monthly bases until such accounts are no longer in credit, has become active, or has been inactive for thirty months.

6.14 Inter-Account Transfers

The transfer of funds between individual poker accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.15 Interest

Any monies held in Your account shall not attract interest.

6.16 Account Suspension

Bayton Limited reserves the right to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion.

7. Payment Details / Withdrawals

7.1 Identification Checks

Bayton Limited reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made via credit or debit card and / or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • * copy of card in question (if applicable)
  • * copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Drivers License
  • * documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months.

7.2 Credit Checks

Bayton Limited reserves the right to run credit checks on all Cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.

7.3 Records

14. Availability of Offers

11. You will be unable to withdraw any amount from your account until you've met the wagering requirements i.e. played through all funds in the Bonus Account. Winnings on bets from the bonus account, after the wagering requirements have been met, go straight to the Cash Account.

12. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing even money bets on Roulette, Sic Bo or Craps, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met, unless that is allowed in the specific term of a campaign. For the purposes of this rule, a bet is defined as one roulette spin or one dealer's dealt hand in any table game, or one deal in any Video or Power Poker game (this includes Multi-Hand/Play games). Any double or gamble shall be considered a new bet. Should it be deemed that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

13. The Casino reserves the right to limit cashins/withdrawals from any free chip/bonus/free games/free spins added to a players account to $/€100 or, in the case of other currencies, the equivalent of $100. This limit will apply should a bonus be granted with no deposit being made unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional offer.
